   Please apply for each course by 15:00 JST (Japan Standard Time) 3 days prior to the tour date.
 
Example – If applying for a tour running on 4th June:
¨     Please complete the following by 15:00 JST on Monday, 1st June:
i. Fill in an application form.
 
ii.Send us the form by e-mail or FAX.
 
iii.    Pay the fees into our bank account (details below).
 
iv.   We will confirm the payment and acceptance of your application by e-mail or FAX.
 
v.     The tour will run unless we otherwise notify you by e-mail or FAX by 18:00 JST 3 days prior to the tour date.
 
4th June – tour date: meet at the specified time.
 
  Payment into our bank account shall be taken as your final decision to join a tour.
